  2. Entry: a. To enter a giveaway, participants must follow the instructions provided in the giveaway announcement, which may include actions such as liking, commenting, sharing, or tagging. b. Each participant may submit only one entry per giveaway, unless otherwise stated in the posts.

  3. Winner Selection: a. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. b. The method of winner selection will be clearly outlined in each giveaway announcement.

  4. Prize: a. The prize(s) offered in each giveaway will be specified in the giveaway announcement. b. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

  5. Notification and Claiming Prizes: a. Winners will be notified through the social media platform used for the giveaway. It is the responsibility of the winners to respond to the notification within the specified timeframe (72 hours). b. If a winner fails to respond within the given timeframe (72 hours) or is ineligible, another winner may be selected.

  6. Publicity: a. By participating in a giveaway, winners agree to allow Skulpterai to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes related to the giveaway and Skulpterai's brand.

  7. Privacy: a. Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and contacting winners. Skulpterai will handle this information in accordance with its privacy policy.

  8. Release and Limitation of Liability: a. By participating in a giveaway, participants release Skulpterai, its employees, and affiliated partners from any liability or claims arising out of the giveaway or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

  9. Modification or Cancellation: a. Skulpterai reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate a giveaway at any time for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

  10. Governing Law: a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Skulpterai operates.

We provide a refund for full-priced items* returned within 14 business days from the date of delivery, in adherence to our return terms and conditions.

For items not at full price (e.g those purchased with a discount code or from a sale), we offer a store credit when the item/s are returned within 14 business days from the date of delivery, in accordance with our return terms and conditions.

Items purchased during sale periods with an automatic discount are not eligible for a refund. Only Store Credit.

If item(s) bought with a discount code are returned, you will be issued a store credit of the amount paid to repurchase the desired item. We do not allow a further discount code to repurchase.

We accept all credit card payments including Visa, Mastercard, Amex as well as PayPal and Afterpay.

If the style you're after is out of stock, please sign up in the notification box and we will send you through an email once it is available again.

Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, it can not be cancelled or modified. Once you receive your order, you are welcome to exchange or receive a voucher for your items within 14 days of receiving it.

We accept returns on swimwear if the following is met:

Unworn items must be returned in their original packaging with the hygiene liner still attached (on the swimwear). We can legally refuse to refund your items if the hygiene stickers & tags have been removed or are evidently tampered with.
