It is your responsibility to contact your local customs office to inquire about the applicable charges before making a purchase, and to ensure that you meet any minimum spending requirements in your local currency.

Please note that Skulpterai is not liable for any import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country's government. We are also not responsible for any customs delays that may occur. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Discount codes, gift cards, or vouchers used on orders do not exempt you from paying duties and taxes, as couriers require the full value of the items for clearance.

If you refuse to pay these fees, your parcel may be destroyed, and we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

We accept refunds, exchanges and store credits on all full priced purchased products within 14 days of receiving your parcel. 

Items purchased during sale periods with an automatic discount are not eligible for a refund. Only Store Credit.

If item(s) bought with a discount code are returned, you will be issued a store credit of the amount paid to repurchase the desired item. We do not allow a further discount code to repurchase.

Unworn items must be returned in original packaging- with the hygiene liner still attached (on the swimwear). We can legally refuse to refund your items if the hygiene stickers & tags have been removed or are evidently tampered with.

We do not cover the postage cost for any parcels being returned to us.

We suggest you get a return tracking number for your return, as we do not take responsibility for lost returns.
