We provide a refund for full-priced items* returned within 14 business days from the date of delivery, in adherence to our return terms and conditions.

For items not at full price (e.g those purchased with a discount code or from a sale), we offer a store credit when the item/s are returned within 14 business days from the date of delivery, in accordance with our return terms and conditions.

Items purchased during sale periods with an automatic discount are not eligible for a refund. Only Store Credit.

If item(s) bought with a discount code are returned, you will be issued a store credit of the amount paid to repurchase the desired item. We do not allow a further discount code to repurchase.

We accept all credit card payments including Visa, Mastercard, Amex as well as PayPal and Afterpay.

If the style you're after is out of stock, please sign up in the notification box and we will send you through an email once it is available again.

Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, it can not be cancelled or modified. Once you receive your order, you are welcome to exchange or receive a voucher for your items within 14 days of receiving it.

We accept returns on swimwear if the following is met:

Unworn items must be returned in their original packaging with the hygiene liner still attached (on the swimwear). We can legally refuse to refund your items if the hygiene stickers & tags have been removed or are evidently tampered with.
